Beyonce's Mom & Dad -- Finally Divorced ... for Real This Time

Mathew and Tina Knowles' on again-off again divorce dragged on for two years, but it's now legally kaput, done, over ... final.

The final decree of divorce was issued last month in a Texas court, and according to documents -- obtained by TMZ -- Beyonce's mom refiled on August 30. Tina's first swing at the divorce was in November 2009 ... but the matter was dropped in 2010 when they were both no-shows for court.

In the docs, Tina says the marriage was "insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities" ... which "prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation."

The papers make no specific mention of Mathew getting slapped with a paternity suit back in 2009 -- but the original divorce filing did come one month after that went down.

Kobe Bryant Divorce -- Vanessa Knew About 'Multiple Women'

Kobe Bryant
's wife Vanessa caught the NBA star "very recently" in the latest act of infidelity, and that is why she filed for divorce ... sources directly connected with the couple tell TMZ.

Our sources would not tell us how Vanessa caught Kobe, but we do know it was NOT through text messages a la Tiger Woods.

We're told Vanessa had caught Kobe with "multiple women" over the years ... but his latest affair was the straw that broke the camel's back ... and she felt she needed to finally end the marriage.

What's ironic ... is that Vanessa still loves Kobe -- but she just can't stand his infidelities anymore.

Melissa Rivers -- Porn Boyfriend, Porn Offer

Dating a porn king has brought Melissa Rivers into the adult film universe -- and now one company wants her to take it a step further, and make an adult tape of her own!

As TMZ first reported, Rivers is now dating Steven Hirsch the head man at Vivid Entertainment ... a company famous for selling celebrity sex tapes.

But another adult company,, has fired off a letter to Rivers to see if she and her new BF would be interested in filming a tape for them. The company believes it would be the first sex tape to feature "a sexy Jewish American Princess."

Some barriers are never meant to be broken.

Michelle 'Bombshell' McGee -- Sex Tape Surfaces -- Rub-A-Dub-Dub, Baby

Jesse James
' former mistress Michelle "Bombshell" McGee got down and dirty with 2 tatted-out sex freaks this year -- and the private XXX liaisons were all caught on tape ... tape that now lies in the hands of a giant porn company.

Sources tell TMZ, the footage documents two separate sexual encounters -- one with a tatted-up man ... and one with a tatted-up woman (above) ... both shot within the last year.

It's unclear how, but we're told the tapes were acquired by porn giant Red Light District -- the same adult studio that released the infamous "1 Night in Paris" -- and it plans to release the footage early next year in a 2-DVD box set.

And there's this -- we're told there's even more Bombshell sex footage floating around, but it's so extreme ... RLD is considering not releasing it for legal reasons.

Ryan Braun -- Medication NOT Steroids to Blame for Dirty Banned Substance Test

Ryan Braun's positive test for banned substances was caused by medication he's taking for a private medical issue -- NOT performance enhancing drugs ... this according to sources directly connected with Major League Baseball.

We're told the reigning National League MVP is adamant he has not taken drugs or steroids of any kind.

One source simply told us ... "The medication contained banned substances resulting in the positive test."  We're also told prior to taking the dirty test, Braun had always tested negative for banned substances.

The nature of Braun's medical ailment is unclear.

It's also unclear if the Milwaukee Brewers star knew the substances were in his medication before he took it -- though it seems highly unlikely.

Kobe Byrant Divorce -- Busted by Basketball Wives

A secret underground society of trained spies is responsible for feeding intel to Vanessa Bryant that eventually led to her filing for divorce from hubby Kobe Bryant -- not the CIA or FBI ... but the basketball wives of the NBA.

Our sources says Kobe's teammates were blabbing to their women about the superstar's exploits ... and those women in turn gave Vanessa the head's up.  We're told talk of Kobe's exploits lately increased in frequency.

According to our sources, the players often swear their wives to secrecy before dishing on their fellow ballers ... but that secrecy is rarely kept. We're told the women all share information about other guys around the league ... in part to ensure word will get back to them if their man ever steps out.

As TMZ first reported, Vanessa filed divorce papers on Friday, after Vanessa learned of what she says is an act of infidelity that became the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back.

Adele Steps Out After Throat Surgery

When she's not showing us her inner Beyoncé via her newly found Twitter skills, Adele is hangin' with friends, and her cute little dachshund, Louie, outside London.

Which only proves one thing—it's going to take a lot more than throat surgery to bring this soulful singer down.

Although the Massachusetts General Hospital expected Adele to make a full recovery and although the "Someone Like You" singer wrote on her website, "I'm doing really well, on the mend, super happy, relaxed and very positive with it all. The operation was a success and I'm just chilling out now until I get the all clear from my doctors," it's still nice to see it for ourselves.

Plus, she's got a big night coming up.

Alec Baldwin: First American Airlines, Now Greyhound?!

You better watch out, Amtrak—you could be next!

Fresh off his Words With Friends run-in and mudslinging with American Airlines, Alec Baldwin has now angered Greyhound.

No, he didn't get thrown off one of their buses, but...

Baldwin he did diss the company in a piece he penned for the Huffington Post yesterday trying to explain his flying snafu. "There are many now who walk the aisles of an airplane with a whistle around their neck and a clipboard in their hands and they have made flying a Greyhound bus experience," he wrote.

Greyhound president and CEO Dave Leach insists that's not how his company rolls.

Leach released an open letter to Baldwin today inviting him to take a trip with him from New York to Boston.

Writing that Greyhound isn't what it used to be, Leach said hundreds of its new buses now offer amenities such as power outlets and free Wi-Fi.

"[W]e don't require our customers to turn off their electronic devices...ever," he wrote. "You could therefore play Words With Friends during your entire trip and nobody would give you any grief over it."

Baldwin's rep, Matthew Hiltzik, did not immediately comment for this story.

Angelina Jolie Talks Brad and Family: "I Could End Up Pregnant"

Brad Pitt is more than the love of Angelina Jolie's life.

"He has expanded my life in ways I never imagined," the actress and director of In the Land of Blood and Honey says in the January issue of Marie Claire.

"We built a family. He is not just the love of my life, he is my family. I hold that very dear. I suppose what I've learned from Brad is to be able to have the kind of family whose happiness and well-being comes before your own. I'm very, very grateful to have such a loving family, and I wouldn't have that without him."

With that in mind, does Jolie think that she and Pitt could end up having even more loving family together?

MORE: Angelina answers big questions: Will she marry Brad? Does she home-school kids? What's off-limits?

"Nothing planned at the moment, but we just don't know," she says. "I could end up pregnant."

Oddly enough, it sounds as if the six kids they already have are all for giving them plenty of, er, private time.

"If they see Mommy and Daddy in need of some private time 'cause they're going to kiss and whatever, the kids get all giggly and happy—because it gives them some security," Jolie helpfully explains.

Her latest baby, however, is her feature directorial debut, In the Land of Blood and Honey, about a Croatian woman locked up in a brutal Bosnian prison camp in the early 1990s.

READ: Angelina Jolie Denies Plagiarism Charge Against Directorial Debut: "It's Par for the Course"

She wrote the script, she says, "as an excuse to get out some of my frustrations [with] the international community and justice issues. I just assumed nobody would ever see or read it."

But wouldn't you know? Pitt read it, and then friends read it...and the rest is filmmaking history.

And perhaps, one day, she'll go behind the camera and stay there.

MORE: Babes in Toyland: Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt Take the Kids to FAO Schwarz

"That doesn't mean I'm stopping [acting] tomorrow," Jolie says when asked about the idea of pulling a Pitt and quitting the profession one day. "But I woke up one day realizing, God, I'm an actor. I don't think I intended to be an actor. I think my mother wanted it for me. I loved telling stories, and I enjoyed the profession, but it is too late to be something else?"

Obviously not.

The Oscar winner also talks about each child's distinctive likes and dislikes, from her eldest, Maddox ("He really does take care of me") to the wild but warm-hearted Pax, who she predicts is "going to get in some kind of trouble."

But hey, so did his mom once upon a time, and she appears to be doing just fine.

Is This Video of Ice Cube Talking About Architecture for Real?

Is that really Ice Cube talking about architecture on YouTube? That's a joke, right?
—K.A., via the inbox

That's really Ice Cube, really driving around Los Angeles, really, really talking about the Eameses, one of the greatest home-and-furniture design teams of the 20th century.

The video is the third in a series pairing stars and artistic types, all to promote a six-month celebration of L.A. art called Pacific Standard Time.

As for just how real Cube's appreciation of that Case Study house was:

MORE: What Brad Pitt has in common with Ice Cube

It was really real, bitches. In the video, Cube says that before his seminal rap band NWA broke big, "I studied architectural drafting."

And that's true. In fact, a spokesperson for Pacific Standard Time tells me that Cube "was pretty much up to speed on Eames before we came to him."

In other words, in the video, when Cube stands in front of an Eames Case Study home and declares, "this is going green, 1949-style, bitch," he knows what he's talkin' 'bout.

"Nothing was written for him, that's all him talking," confirms Patrick O'Neil, executive creative director at TBWA\Chiat\Day\LA, the firm that created the videos.

"Most people are really surprised that he would know so much about architecture, but he studied it, and if you listen to his music, it's all about places, and relating to places; it would make sense he would know about this."

Before this project launched, Pacific Standard Time introduced a similar video featuring Red Hot Chili Pepper Anthony Kiedis riding around L.A. with artist Ed Ruscha, discussing small words such as "if" and "so." A second video shows Jason Schwartzman having a paranoid conversation with a giant projection of artist John Baldessari.

"You should probably go to a psychiatrist," Baldessari tells Schwartzman.

Or, maybe we should all go to more museums.

Jessica Simpson Still Working Out Fitness Snit

Jessica Simpson would be first to say she's in a great place: She loves being pregnant and, finally, the eagle-eyed public can give it a rest when it comes to her weight.

Fat chance.

The maker of a never-released exercise tape shot in 2005 starring Simpson has appealed a previous decision in Simpson's favor that required him to pay the singer's legal fees after he took her camp to court for breach of contract.

According to Alex Astilean, however, fuel was added to the fire when Simpson gave an interview to Lucky in which she said that "the decision not to make myself anorexic was actually great for branding." So why does he care what she's saying now, six years later?

MORE: So True? So False? Is Jessica Simpson Already Looking to Drop Baby Weight With Diet Deal?!

Claiming in his appeal that Simpson used "every possible excuse to get out of her endorsement contract with SpeedFit," Astilean's company, he insists that she breached their agreement by reneging on her duties as spokeswoman before he had a chance to re-edit the finished product to her liking (when the suit was first filed, Simpson's camp maintained that the tape wasn't fit to be released).

Read the lawsuit

Astilean tells E! News that he now has a polished finished product, but that Simpson's Lucky interview (excerpts of which were published in early November) was the start of the fall of his company.

"She is commenting in the magazine that gaining weight was good for business and she never wanted to release a video of her being skinny, she wanted to relate to more people, which really [caused a downfall for] the rest of my life," Astilean, whose native tongue is Romanian, says. "My house is in foreclosure and we are going to be homeless, who knows when, because I want to make this country look skinny."

MORE: Much Ado About Jessica Simpson's Weight

Simpson was paid $500,000, according to Astilean's court filing, and was contracted to get another $500,000 after the video's release.

A source tells E! News that, first of all, Simpson never said that "gaining weight was good for business." Per Lucky, indeed she did not.

"This is an ongoing thing in which she has won every time," the source says. "There is no validity to this."

Khloé Kardashian Odom Takes...New Orleans? Not So Fast!

Well, that would be one way to expand the brand.

The Los Angeles Lakers attempted to trade Khloé Kardashian Odom's hubby Lamar to the New Orleans Hornets in a three-team deal—but it ended up being blocked by the NBA less than two hours after outlets like ESPN went wide with reports that the trade was pretty much a sure thing.

Basically, sports radio shows started the 5 p.m. hour doing nothing but discussing the trade, and then finished the hour saying, "Well, so much for that!"

And so much for a merry Christmas in L.A., for that matter!

RECAP: Khloé plays marriage counselor on Kourtney & Kim Take New York

There had been rumors that the Lakers were trying to acquire Hornets star Chris Paul before the abbreviated NBA season begins on Dec. 25, and the proposed Odom deal would have also included the Lakers shipping All-Star center Pau Gasol off to Houston, which in turn would send two players to New Orleans.

"It is not true that owners killed the deal," said NBA spokesman Tim Frank. "It wasn't even discussed at the Board [of Governors] meeting. The league office declined to make the trade for basketball reasons."

While the Lakers are scheduled to play the Chicago Bulls on opening day, the Hornets don't open their season until the following day on the road against the Phoenix Suns. Their home opener is Dec. 28 against the Boston Celtics.

An emotional Odom called in to ESPN Radio in L.A. when it seemed as if the trade was really happening.

"Nothing happened yet," he said on the Stephen A. Smith Show, noting that officials hadn't formally announced the deal yet. "I would think I would get a call, at least. I don't know."

"L.A. is home for me for more than one reason," Odom added. "If it does happen, you know what I'm saying, I had a great time. I got to play in front of [rabid Lakers fan Jack Nicholson], meet Denzel. I found my wife in L.A., my family. The team, I had a lot of pride playing for them."

"When a team trades u and it doesn't go down? Now what?" he tweeted tonight.

Khloé wrote moments later: "I love you Lamar!!!!! There's NO one like you! I'm so proud to be your wife :)"

Per league records, Odom is contracted to make $8.9 million this season and is partly guaranteed $8.2 million next season.

Stay tuned, sports fans.

Lindsay Lohan a Model Morgue Worker So Far!

Lindsay Lohan appears to be doing her best to make next week entirely uneventful.

Earlier today, the actress dropped off signed proof at the Santa Monica courthouse's probation office that she has completed 12 hours of community service at the L.A. County morgue, a source exclusively tells E! News.

But wait, doesn't she have to do, like, 120 hours?

READ: So True? So False? Lindsay Lohan Heading to Big Brother?!

Eventually, yes, but Judge Stephanie Sautner had ordered Lohan to do at least 12 hours and attend four 45-minute psychotherapy sessions by her Dec. 14 progress hearing—or else spend more than a few hours in jail.

Presumably, Lohan isn't itching to feel the cold clasp of steel around her wrists again, so she did what she had to do.

There was that initial hiccup, when she tried to feed her fellow workers, and coroner's officials rejected her offers of burgers and cupcakes. But that was then.

Lohan has been "diligently fulfilling her community service," her rep Steve Honig tells us.

We'll see next Wednesday if the jail-threatening judge is impressed. Or at least pacified.

Michelle Duggar of 19 Kids and Counting Suffers Miscarriage

This is a sad day for every member of the Duggar family.

During what she thought would be a routine doctor's appointment,19 Kids and Counting matriarch Michelle Duggar learned that she had suffered a miscarriage in her second trimester.

She and husband Jim Bob Duggar had been looking forward to finding out the sex of what was going to be their 20th child together.

MORE: How many babies are Josh Duggar and wife Anna going to have?

"Michelle is resting comfortably at home with the support of the entire family," Jim Bob tells E! News. "We are grateful for all the thoughts and prayers, but ask for privacy during this difficult time."

"We had just been talking about baby names last night, and they were getting excited about naming a boy or a girl," Michelle told People earlier. "It has been a real sad disappointment...I feel like my heart broke telling my children. They have all been so excited about this baby and looking forward to April coming around and having a new little one in our arms. That was the most difficult. The Lord is the giver of life and he can choose when that life is ready to go on and be with Him."

Michelle had previously suffered a miscarriage when pregnant for the second time back in the 1980s.

Her and Jim Bob's 19th child, daughter Josie Brooklyn—she'll be 2 on Saturday—was delivered via emergency C-section four months premature. Josie weighed only 1 pound, 6 ounces at birth and had to spend another four months in the hospital before she was healthy enough to go home—but mom and dad showed off their now-thriving toddler on Today recently and had said they were excited for No. 20.

Movie Reviews: Seriously, Leave Your Kids With Someone Funnier Than The Sitter

Review in a Hurry: We have to wonder if director David Gordon Green has his whole "remaking comedy genres of your youth" thing out of his system yet? Because frankly, he isn't that good at bringing (or pacing) the funny. Even with a pre-slim Jonah Hill in the lead.

MORE: Tom Cruise dishes on why Katie Holmes thinks he's hot!

The Bigger Picture: If you thought Pineapple Express was the height of hilarity, perhaps you'll appreciate director Green's loose, unofficial remake of Adventures in Babysitting. If not, please join us in wishing he'd return to the more meditative art flicks like All the Real Girls. Can't blame the guy for wanting to make a paycheck, but when it comes to humor, he seems to be learning very little about timing. Or audience identification.

Hill's Noah Griffith initially seems like an almost-grown-up Eric Cartman, oblivious to how much other people hate him, and overly mothered by his single mom, whom he forces to do things like pick up the phone even when it would be easier for him. But he's not without conscience: In order to facilitate mom's hot date, he agrees to babysit her friend's kids.

Naturally, they turn out to be a handful, albeit due to one-note dilemmas that will rather obviously be remedied by movie's end. Slater (Where the Wild Things Are's Max Records) is under-confident and over-medicated, while younger sister Blithe (Landry Bender) is a tot who dreams of being the next Kardashian. And then there's a foster-sibling, Rodrigo (Kevin Hernandez), an ill-conceived character who embodies every negative Latino stereotype short of wearing a sombrero. With slicked-back hair, full knowledge of all things criminal and a penchant for tossing bombs, he's offensive primarily because he's so unrealistic and impossible to relate to.

Then, to thicken the plot, Noah gets a call from his transparently hateful "girlfriend"(Ari Graynor), who insists she'll put out if he drives across town immediately and gets her some cocaine. Here is another place where Green majorly misses the mark. Most comedies that strand suburbanites in a scary city after dark are effective because the protagonists are generally innocent, hapless victims of circumstance. Noah is a dick who blatantly endangers kids so he can buy drugs and trade them for sex. Do we really care if karma kicks his ass in return? (Recall that Elisabeth Shue only brought her supervised children into danger to try to help a stranded friend in need.)

Like Green's other comedies, The Sitter frequently feels like it should be hilarious, but never quite is. The funniest parts are when Hill turns his lines into tangential riffs, and one suspects this is him improvising rather than any thanks to the script.

The 180—a Second Opinion: Max Records proves himself more than a one-hit wonder with a genuinely sensitive performance as Slater. He's the only character you really don't want to see get hurt.

Sadness on the Set: Dark Knight Rises Extra Died During Filming in NYC

The Dark Knight Rises lost one of its own last month.

A male extra died last month during the filming of a hectic crowd sequence for the much-anticipated sequel, Warner Bros. confirmed Friday.

The man, whose identity has not been released, had not returned from a break during rehearsal and was later found unconscious. He was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead of an apparent heart attack.

"The studio can confirm that a male extra passed away while on a break during an off-set crowd rehearsal for a sequence with several hundred early November," a rep for Warner Bros. told the New York Post. "Production fully cooperated with the authorities' investigation, which established that he died of natural causes."

Neither Christian Bale nor any other member of the principal cast were on the set at the time, according to the studio.

"We are aware of the death of a background actor during production of this picture and have been told that the actor died of a heart attack. The actor in question was not working under a Screen Actors Guild contract," SAG spokeswoman Pamela Greenwalt said in a statement.

Sinéad O'Connor Celebrates Her 45th Birthday by Getting Married in Las Vegas

This should be an easy anniversary date to remember.

The Irish singer followed through with her plans to marry to fiancé Barry Herridge today in Sin City, according to People.

Not only did the union take place in Vegas, but it was a drive-thru wedding!

Yup, after filing for a marriage license in Clark County last night, the somewhat controversial star arrived at A Little White Wedding Chapel tonight around 7 p.m. in a pink, low-cut dress and said "I do," while sitting in the back of a pink Cadillac.

"It wasn't a traditional dress, but it wasn't a traditional wedding either," a source tells the mag. "She cried during the vows and had to wipe her eyes."

Afterward, candles were lit and chapel employees sang "Happy Birthday." Too cute!

Tom Cruise Spills on Biggest Mission Yet, Why Katie Thinks He's Hot and Rock of Ages

Tom Cruise is making all the right moves—both onscreen and off.

On the promotional trail for his hotly anticipated sequel Mission: Impossible—Ghost Protocol, the Hollywood superstar opened up exclusively to E! News correspondent Ben Lyons about scaling the tallest building in the world, what turns wife Katie Holmes on, and life approaching the big 5-0.

Here's what he had to say.

MORE: Is Suri Writing a Children's Book?

On shooting 100-plus stories up on the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, the tallest skyscraper ever built, Cruise said it was a challenge for this latest Mission he couldn't pass up.

"[Director Brad Bird] said 'Can we do this?' And I said, 'We're gonna figure out how to do it. We have to do this!'" recalled the thesp. "It was so incredible in seeing what he designed for this scene…We spent months trying to figure out how to do it."

Regarding those scenes, he added: "I admire the storytelling and athleticism and wanting to entertain an audience and create ways to do it and put them in their seats so hopefully their palms will sweat."

As for whether Katie thought it was hot watching her hubby dangling a mile up in mid-air all for the sake of a shot , lets just say Cruise was out to impress.

"That's why I do it," he joked. "I couldn't do it without them but I've been doing stuff like this my whole life…For Kate, it's wonderful to be able to share that with her and all the kids…she knows I do a lot of training.  I just don't go out there and do it. It takes a lot to do it and it takes a group to do it."

Here are some more highlights of the interview:

On fame and getting some private time:
"I love making movies and being on the set, and being at home, we do have a private life," said the 49-year-old actor. "I'm not the guy who sits there in the trailer…I like being with the crew and being with the cast...and when Kate makes a film, I like being there with her so our family's together and have that time…it's times I really cherish."

On being a struggling actor early in his career:
"I was lucky.  My first audition I got it.  I did Taps.  But I remember being on the set of Taps when I was doing it, I didn't know whether I'd ever be able to make another movie."

On how his life changed after making Taps:
"I remember working on The Outsiders with all those guys and making Risky Business with [helmer] Paul Brickman and suddenly there I am making Top Gun and working with [Paul] Newman.  I remember that in 1985, it was incredible to me."

On what audiences should expect (aside from working with a baboon) seeing him in the big screen version of the Broadway hit, Rock of Ages:

"Luckily all the training I had done with the [Mission] stunts, I had to apply to this because I was dancing four hours a day and singing three, four hours a day for months and months," said the Jerry Maguire star. "I had to also find the voice. What kind of vocal quality that we needed for this rock voice for the character."

As for what he's looking forward to when he turns 50 next July, Cruise says he's excited to continue doing what he loves, which at the moment includes wrapping production on the drama One Shot, directed by Valkyrie scribe Christopher McQuarrie, who also wrote The Usual Suspects.

For now, Cruise fans can look forward to seeing him do the impossible when Ghost Protocol hits theaters on Dec. 21.

Which Inked Starlet Is Showing Off a "Faith" Tattoo?

Wearing your heart on your sleeve is so passé. Wearing your faith on your sleeve—that's where it's at.

This starlet has been nothing but open with fans over the course of the past year, but there was apparently one part of herself she had yet to reveal: her new tattoo!

So, which starlet is showing off her ink job?

"Hahahaha he does…He found out when I performed tonight and I showed up on the jumbo trons," she wrote.

Emotional growth is nice and all, but glad to see Demi's still doing rebellious teens everywhere proud.

Will Ferrell: From Old School to...Old Milwaukee?

Will Ferell is going Old School all right.

The funnyman, who played Frank the Tank in the 2003 comedy, is such a fan of Old Milwaukee beer that he's now starring—for free mind you—in a series of commercials for the classic American lager that have since gone viral.

So how'd they turn out?

Watch Now! Will Ferrell Wants to Honor Amy Poehler...He Just Can't Remember Her Name!

Per beer blog, an enthusiastic Ferrell pitched the Pabst Brewing Company the idea of appearing in the spots without being paid on the condition it airs locally.

In the ad above, the comic actor is getting all folksie on us (though not quite as folksie as his Dubya impersonation), lampooning his status as a Hollywood celebrity while fishing in the Ole Miss and drinking a can of his favorite brew.

A second spot finds Ferrell doing a little "hand fishing" in the Mississippi River near Davenport, Iowa when instead of catfish he ends up snagging "this little piece of America," a cool can of Old Milwaukee.

And last but not least, a frenetic Ferrell explains how Davenport's an "Old Milwaukee kind of town" by way of an acronym ("'D' stands for drinkability; 'A' is for "Amber," the color of the beer," etc.) that assures viewers the taste is indeed as good as its name.

Perhaps Will, a remake of Strange Brew's in order?

The X Factor Elimination: Was That the Most Shocking, Tearful Ending Ever?!

The contestants sing, the judges fight, the fans vote. Simple, right?

Not when all five X Factor contestants proved themselves worthy of a spot in the semifinals last night!

But one had to go. Josh Krajcik may have taken the most heat, with Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid positively ripping his first song, Rihanna's "Love in a Hopeless Place." Meanwhile, Chris Rene, oozing star quality from every pore as he rapped his original tune, "Where Do We Go From Here," was every judge's pick for highlight of the evening.

So, where did they go from there?

READ: Is Melanie Amaro dating a Stereo Hogg?!

Well, Josh and Chris went right to the semifinals.

Both guys gave relieved, joyous fist-pumps as Steve Jones gave them the good news. And, though she had to wait for Mary J. Blige to sing before she joined them, Melanie Amaro ultimately found herself breathing a sigh of relief a bit later.

"It is brand-new," 13-year-old Rachel Crow acknowledged when Steve noted she was in the bottom two for the first time. "I'm OK. I'm going to sing it as best I can."

RECAP: Why Were the Top Five Already Singing Save-Me Songs?

"And I love you, Marcus," she added, choking up a bit as she addressed her fellow contestant on the chopping block, Marcus Canty.

Marcus, an unfortunate bottom-two regular, once again brought out the big guns, and dared to sing "I'm Going Down," which Mary J. covered so successfully, while she was in the house!

But then little Rachel tore into Etta James' "I'd Rather Go Blind" with a vengeance, so much so that we could almost hear the bells tolling for Marcus in the background.

But after L.A. stood by his man and both Simon and Paula threw their hats in Rachel's corner, Nicole Scherzinger tearfully announced that she couldn't decide. She then half-heartedly voted for Marcus so that they would be forced to go to deadlock.

"Don't cry," Rachel soothed Nicole. "It's OK, I'm good with anything."

But then Steve announced that Rachel was going home, and she collapsed into tears and crumpled to the ground sobbing.

"Simon!" she cried, weeping hysterically. Her mom even came out to the stage to comfort her.

"Mommy, you promised!" Rachel screamed.

Never has a best-of-your-journey montage been so timely. A couple minutes later, she had composed herself and thanked all her fans.

"Without you, I am nothing," Rachel said, the voice of reason once again.

So, what did you think of that?!

Top Model's Angelea, You're Not Alone: Five Other Surprising Reality-TV Disqualifications

Last night was probably the most entertaining episode of this season's America's Next Top Model.

After Nigel Barkerannounced at the finale that Angelea Preston was disqualified from the competition, without any word as to what the girl from the 716 did to get booted, fans started sounding off about it possibly being due to the All-Star leaking the results on her Facebook page.

Well, until we find out for sure, let's reminisce about some other reality-TV characters who got themselves taken off the small screen...

MORE: America's Next Top Model Finale Scandal! Why Was Angelea Preston Disqualified?

1. Keith Michael (Project Runway, Season Two): Put that book down! During the episode "Reap What You Sew," fellow designer Kayne Gillaspie found a pattern-making books in Keith's room. Might sound harmless, but according to Tim Gunn, contracts with the show state that pattern-making books, fashion how-to books, fashion magazines or other such materials are not allowed anywhere on the production. And from there, it was a quick snip to Michael's time on the show.

2. Cliff Crooks (Top Chef, Season Two): Drunken shenanigans will always get you in trouble. After having some post-challenge drinks, Elia Aboumrad and Ilan Hall shaved their heads. Then they, Crooks and Sam Talbot decided it would be funny to forcibly try to shave fellow contestant Marcel Vigneron's head. Marcel, who was asleep at the time, woke up and ended up wrestling with Crooks, who pinned him to the ground. Marcel then spent the rest of the night hiding out in the bathroom. Since contestants aren't aloud to touch one another in an aggressive manner (and apparently Cliff's dish was the weakest anyway, according to judges), the Jersey boy was out.

3. Rozlyn Papa (The Bachelor, Season 14): Maybe she just wanted some attention. While Jake Pavelka was tied up with the line of women vying for his affection, news broke that one of those competing for his love, Papa, was getting cozy with a crew member from the show. Host Chris Harrison explained it best during a radio interview, when he said, "Horrible decisions were made. This is something that we took very serious, and it's something that we couldn't just sit by...because of things in the past. This was embarrassing for us, for Jake, and for the other women, so we were like, let's nip this in the bud, take care of it, and that's what we did." And although Roz insisted it wasn't a "sexual relationship," her rose was long gone.

4. Justin Sebik (Big Brother 2): Probably not the best way to get your roomies to like you. During the second week in the Big Brother house, an intoxicated Sebik grabbed a knife and held it to fellow house guest Krista's throat and asked, "Would you get mad if I killed you?" Um, WTF?! Do we really have to explain why that would get him disqualified? Didn't think so.

5. David Edward (The Real World: Los Angeles): Evicted. Disqualified. Same difference. Edward's roomies decided to kick him out of the Real World house after he dragged housemate Tami Roman (yes, the same Tami from Basketball Wives: Miami) across the floor in a bed sheet. She felt he did it with the intention of trying to see her naked. In the end, all he saw was the door.

Live at X Factor: Does Nicole Scherzinger Regret Her Decision? Plus, Rachel Crow's Final Words Revealed!

That's all we can say after tonight' shocking elimination on The X Factor, which saw the end of 13-year-old fan favorite Rachel Crow's journey on the show. Crow landed in the bottom two with Marcus Canty, whom judge Nicole Scherzinger voted to keep in the competition in order to leave the elimination in America's hands.

E! News caught up with Crow, Scherzinger and the rest of the judges after the show and had a lot of questions: Is Simon Cowell upset with Scherzinger? What was Crow really telling her mother onstage? Did the other judges agree with Scherzinger's decision, and most importantly, does Scherzinger regret her choice?

MORE: The X Factor Elimination: Was That the Most Shocking, Tearful Ending Ever?!

When asked if she would change her decision now that she knows the outcome, Scherzinger takes a long pause before saying, "I don't know. everything happens for a reason. Rachel, it was a surprise to me that she was in he bottom two and now that she's being sent home. But no, I had to leave it up to America."

Of her decision to leave the elimination up to the public, Scherzinger says, "At this point in the game, I don't want to send anyone home. Marcus had been in the bottom twice already. I wasn't going to make the decision. I just couldn't make the decision, so I left it up to America to vote."

Though Cowell seemed particularly combative with Scherzinger after she sent home Drew last week, he tells us he's not mad at his fellow judge for the choice she made. "I know when someone's doing something for the right reasons and I have to be fair like that," he says. "There were no games being played tonight. Because I thought we were so safe, I thought, that's quite a nice gesture to do, to let Marcus go."

Cowell also tells us that he has to "defend" Scherzinger because he believes she didn't think Crow had the lowest number of votes. "I went to see her afterwards and this is all off-camera stuff," he says. "You know when someone's lying. She was distraught."

MORE: Live at X Factor: Is Melanie Amaro Dating a Stereo Hog? Plus, Josh Krajcik Defends His Rihanna Cover!

Also supportive of Scherzinger's decision? Paula Abdul. "Nicole did not do anything wrong," she tells us passionately. "She did the right thing by saying I'm not going to send anyone home, I care about you too much and let it go to public vote. Remember, two weeks ago, Simon let it go to deadlock with LeRoy [Bell] and Marcus. No one can say, 'You're wrong.'"

Like Abdul and Cowell, L.A. Reid also believes Scherzinger made the right choice, saying, "I applaud Nicole, honestly, because the right thing to do, in my mind, was to go to the public and let the public's vote decide. We don't want to see anyone go home."

Though Scherzinger and Abdul dealt with death threats last week following the elimination of Drew, Cowell has a message for those of you thinking of sending the judges any threats: "Get a life."

While viewers were shocked by Crow's elimination, the singer herself seemed even more shocked, collapsing into tears and falling to the ground sobbing. Her mother even came onstage to console her.  "I wasn't shocked," Crow clarifies. "I'm 13. I'm not preparing myself for this kind of stuff. So when it happened, I was like a scared reaction, almost like a look of terror. Then I just find of fell because I was like, I can't breathe."

Viewers were also surprised by Crow seemingly telling her mother, "You promised," but the 13-year-old tells us, "I said, 'You promise it'll be OK? You promise?'"

Also comforting Crow onstage was her mentor, Cowell, who says, "I was trying to console her onstage and she was saying to her mum, 'I was going to win the show.' I mean she was convinced of it and it's a lesson in life and show business."

Crow tells us she did some consoling of her own when visited Scherzinger in her dressing room after the show. "I feel really bad. Nicole was so sad," she says. "I saw her in her room and she was still crying tonight even. I went in there and I was just like, 'It's OK.' She was like, 'No one can calm me down, but you!' I hugged her and it was OK. She's fine. She's amazing. It was not her fault."

Alice Eve Now in Talks to Play a New Character in 'Star Trek' Sequel

Just before Thanksgiving it was revealed that not only would composer and regular J.J Abrams collaborator Michael Giacchino return to score the developing Star Trek sequel, but the film is now set for a May 17th, 2013 release in 3D. Rumors that Benicio del Toro being up for the villain role have also surfaced, and Abrams himself has actually confirmed talks with the actor, but now another new cast member has surfaced. Variety reports Alice Eve, the star of She's Out of My League who will be seen in Men in Black III next summer, has been chosen to take the role of a character that is believed to be new to the Star Trek canon.

Eve apparently beat out other accented talents like Australian Teresa Palmer and British Hayley Atwell for the part. Will she play a new cadet in Starfleet Academy, a crew member of the U.S.S. Enterprise, or maybe some alien seductress? Either way, she'll definitely add another pretty face to the ensemble cast that has Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Simon Pegg, Zoe Saldana and Karl Urban returning for the sequel. Apparently there's one more major role left to cast that is said to be older and more of a supporting character to del Toro's villain. So far the plot has been kept under tight wraps, but Abrams usual suspects of Alex Kurtzman, Roberto Orci and Damon Lindelof are scripting the film with production slated to begin early next year.

Asa Butterfield Confirmed for 'Ender's Game' as Casting Continues

Briefly: Following up news that Hugo star Asa Butterfield had been offered the lead role in Gavin Hood's Ender's Game sci-fi adaptation, confirmation has now arrived, in two forms. Butterfield himself took to his own twitter (@asabfb) to celebrate, stating, "Oh yes. Im really doing it. F*** YEAAA!!!" after tweeting "battle school, here I come" and a few good Ender Wiggin quotes: "Welcome to Dragon Army." Then Variety followed up with confirmation as well, saying he has "closed a deal to star as the title character" in the film, being produced by Roberto Orci & Alex Kurtzman, as well as Odd Lot Entertainment and Summit. Read on!

Variety's latest casting update also hides a few other interesting details. Now that Butterfield, currently age 14, is set to star as young gamer prodigy Ender, they can focus on casting other areas, like the lead adult - Colonel Hyrum Graff, Commander of Training for the International Fleet, an elite boys' military academy where Ender is trained in strategy and logistics to help battle an alien race. While they haven't closed on anyone yet, names in the mix include Viggo Mortensen, who already passed on the role, and apparently now Harrison Ford. Whoa! If they can really score a name that big for this highly anticipated sci-fi epic, that would be a huge grab. We'll continue to keep you updated on the latest with this Ender's Game movie.

Check These Out: Dean Walton's New Contemporary Sci-Fi Poster Art

Big bada boom! One of our personal favorite artists has whipped up a fantastic new series of poster art for five contemporary sci-fi flicks. His name is Dean Walton, aka Mr. Shabba, an illustrator/designer out of the UK. We featured his classic sci-fi series of posters and received some rather rough comments, but I personally love his art and I love that he designs for some of my own sci-fi favorites, especially this time. In his Contemporary Sci-Fi series, he's designed The Fifth Element (1997), Avatar (2009), The Matrix (1999), District 9 (2009) and Total Recall (1990), which is stretching it for "contemporary", but it works.

love the colors and the simplicity yet iconic nature of his work, I just think these are refreshing to look at. Each one is being printed in a limited edition of 100, exclusive to Mr. Shabba, for 20£ (~$32.17) or 25£ (~$40.21) depending on the size you get. They come in two sizes - A2 is 16.5" x 23.4" or A1, slightly bigger, at 23.4" x 33.1". You can also just pick up the entire series of five for 80£/100£, if you want to go all out with this new series. I love all of these movies and I'm happy to see such vibrant art for all of them. I already ordered a set myself. I'd love to see some others like Star Wars/Star Trek or Donnie Darko, maybe even Sphere, Moon or Cube, on top of the 10 films he's hit so far. Hope we see more! Do you like these better?

Final Official Poster for WB's 'Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows'

A Game of Shadows. There's no tagline? Maybe the subtitle speaks for itself. Warner Bros has debuted via Yahoo the final poster for Guy Ritchie's Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows, his follow-up to the last Sherlock Holmes stylish revamped adventure. Robert Downey Jr. stars as Holmes, with Jude Law as Dr. Watson, both seen posing on this particular poster in an alleyway. Unlike the last few posters that have been facial close-ups, this one has them both standing ominously distant from the center of the poster, which I actually like. There is an air of mystery to this, especially with Moriarty's shadow, I quite like it. See below!

Sherlock Holmes and his sidekick Dr. John Watson join forces to outwit and bring down their fiercest adversary, Professor Moriarty, in this sequel to Lionel Wigram's new take on Sherlock Holmes from 2009.

Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows is again directed by British filmmaker Guy Ritchie, of Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels, Snatch, Revolver, RocknRolla, and the first Sherlock Holmes. The screenplay was written by husband & wife writers Kieran & Michele Mulroney, who wrote and directed the indie film Paper Man. Warner Bros and Silver Pictures are bringing Sherlock Holmes 2 to theaters starting December 16th.

First Look: Daniel Day-Lewis as Lincoln from Spielberg's New Movie

Spielberg is on a roll, finishing up War Horse and Tintin for release, and already in production on his next film Lincoln. While I'm excited for War Horse, Lincoln already has me just as excited, mostly to see how Daniel Day-Lewis will play our 16th President, since we know he's a full-on method actor. I saw a tweet the other day mention that apparently Day-Lewis hasn't broken his accent since March, or something to that effect. I've been waiting for a first look and here we are - this should instantly make you go "whoa!" A photo is making the rounds (via Richmond/SlashFilm) of Day-Lewis out dining with the full-on beard. Awesome.

Here's the photo snapped in Richmond, Virginia, where Lincoln is currently shooting. A tweet to us adds: "We should see a lot this week, they have turned the state Capitol into the White House and it looks great."

Steven Spielberg's Lincoln, which is currently shooting already, stars Daniel Day-Lewis (My Left Foot, Gangs of New York, There Will Be Blood) as our 16th President, Abraham Lincoln, and focuses on the last four months of his life, guiding the North to victory during the Civil War. The cast includes Sally Field, Tommy Lee Jones, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Jackie Earle Haley, Lee Pace, John Hawkes, Walton Goggins, Hal Holbrook, Tim Blake Nelson and David Oyelowo. The film has a screenplay most recently by Oscar nominee Tony Kushner (Angels in America, Munich). It's expected to get a late 2012 debut after the elections, but for the moment is filming in Virginia. Looking forward to seeing more, expect this to be another Spielberg epic.

'Glee' Star Lea Michele, Taylor Swift & More Up for 'Les Miserables'

With a stellar cast including Hugh Jackman, Anne Hathaway, Russell Crowe, Helena Bonham Carter and Eddie Redmayne already lined up for Tom Hooper's new big screen version of the classic musical Les Miserables, there are only a handful of major roles left to be cast. Two of the biggest roles, Eponine and Cosette, are for some young female actresses, and a shortlist as just been revealed for the former role. The NY Post reports a wide array of talents including "Glee" and Broadway star Lea Michele, singer-turned-actress Taylor Swift, Scarlett Johansson and Evan Rachel Wood are all in the running for the part.

Coincidentally enough, Michele played a young Cosette in the Broadway show some years ago, and in a recent performance for Hooper, she apparently "knocked it out of the park." However, the source says Johansson's extensive acting experience is being weight along with the fact that she "can really sing" and Wood has her "indie cred" to bring to the table with some strong acting chops as well. The most unproven talent seems to be Swift who has much more experience singing than acting with the only voicing a character in The Lorax and a small part in Valentine's Day to her name. Frankly, I'd love to see Michele snag the role as she seems to be the most familiar with actual musicals, but we'll see what happens soon.

'Hairspray' Director Adam Shankman Will Direct a New 'Nutcracker'

After Hairspray hit theaters in 2007, director Adam Shankman proved he could do more than just choreograph dance numbers, and his next musical endeavor, an adaptation of the Broadway jukebox musical Rock of Ages, will hit theaters next year. Now Shankman is poised to take on another high profile project that has seen countless iterations on the stage and screen. Deadline has word that the filmmaker will be at the helm of a new take on the classic holiday fairytale The Nutcracker for New Line Cinema, the Warner Bros. based studio that just delivered a present in the form of A Very Harold & Kumar Christmas.

Darren Lemke, who recently penned such fairytale films as Jack the Giant Killer for Bryan Singer and Shrek Forever After for Dreamworks Animation, is behind the script which will use the original 1815 book by E.T.A. Hoffman, about a young girl and a wooden toy soldier who comes alive and leads her on an adventure. However, this version will be more dramatic and action-packed (though not The Expendables or The Transporter kind of action) with a love story aiming to be along the same vein as the new Alice in Wonderland, though with less of that gothic Tim Burton style. It sounds like this will be Shankman's next film after Rock of Ages and looks to be something very different for the director who has been at the helm of mostly light-hearted family comedies and romances, so count me in.

Is This Concept Art for The Lizard from 'The Amazing Spider-Man'?

There's been plenty of photos featuring Andrew Garfield as your friendly neighborhood wallcrawler in the franchise reboot The Amazing Spider-Man, but everyone who didn't attend Comic-Con this past summer still hasn't caught an official glimpse of Rhys Ifans as the film's villain, The Lizard. Recently an image of the character crafted as a PEZ dispenser has been making the rounds online, but now something a bit more revealing has surfaced. Now the website seems to have gotten their hands on a piece of concept art that reveals the full body form of The Lizard, and despite the low quality, it's impressive.

Here's the supposed concept art image of The Lizard from The Amazing Spider-Man (via Collider):

Now, there's no telling whether or not this is the final version of the character, mainly because when footage of the villain was shown on-screen at Comic-Con earlier this year, the villain was much bulkier, and the face even more lizard-like and toothy. Of course, maybe The Lizard just keeps increasing in size and this leaner form of the villain only appears briefly. Either way, when you compare this to the PEZ dispenser model mentioned earlier, it's pretty clear that this is very close to the final version of the character we'll see. Here's hoping Marvel just releases an official image of the bad guy, or a new trailer revealing him, sometime soon.

Julia Roberts to Produce & Star in 'Second Act' Workplace Comedy

Considering the fact that her villainous turn in Mirror, Mirror looks more silly than diabolical, maybe it's time Julia Roberts got back to the intentional comedies that made her the superstar she is today. Though Larry Crowne had the potential to get her back on track, that box office flop just didn't cut it on any level. However, THR reports the actress is now slated to produce and star in a new workplace comedy called Second Act, the story of a woman who has never worked a day in her life but suddenly finds herself forced into the real world and must find a job. Sounds pretty simple, but there's likely a romance somewhere too.

As of now no director or writer is attached, so it's hard to say exactly what kind of comedy this will turn out to be, but hopefully it's better than most of the dull work Roberts has taken on over the past few years. The last film with the actress that I truly enjoyed was Charlie Wilson's War in 2007, but how can you go wrong with a script by Aaron Sorkin, direction from Mike Nichols and a cast that also includes Tom Hanks and Philip Seymour Hoffman. Hopefully Roberts producing this time will make for a project that fits her strengths as America's sweetheart as opposed to being just a name on a poster to sell movie tickets.

'Lord of the Rings' Feast - A Day of Middle Earth Dining at the Movies

When Executive Chef John Bullington became a part of the Alamo Drafthouse family back in 2004, one of the ideas he brought with him was to show all three Lord of the Rings films, all 12 hours of them, Extended Editions and all, and serve a feast fit for a Hobbit with much of the same food the characters are talking about in the films. It was a brilliant idea, one that the Drafthouse has executed literally a dozen times now. Luckily, this past weekend, mere days after stuffing my face with all kinds of Thanksgiving sustenance, I was able to experience this feast and all the incredible accoutrements that came with it.

Seven courses. Three epic movies. One Ring to rule them all. That's how the Alamo Drafthouse was promoting this day. It lived up to every letter in those three sentences, particularly the "seven courses" part of it. It was an experience none of us, not even those who had attended once before, would ever forget.

To start our morning off, Bullington introduced the event to the sold out theater, which included more than a few patrons dressed in their favorite Tolkien garb. He explained how the idea came about, how it was something he had desired to do for a long time. He told us how he couldn't wait for his own son to be old enough to have this experience. Bullington even hinted at the possibilities for future events. With the two-part Hobbit story currently being filmed in New Zealand and more Middle Earth story to tell, this day looks to grow even larger in the years to come.

After his introduction, the first film, Fellowship of the Ring, began, and waves of nostalgia from the first time I had seen the film in the theater came rushing back. It wasn't long before our first course of the day, First Breakfast, was served. Fresh hen's eggs, crispy bacon, grilled mushroom, and rosemary seared orange came out on the first plates accompanied by a Canella blood orange mimosa. It was a meal that hit the Hobbit spot in all of us, but there was so much more to come. Throughout the first film, we were treated to Second Breakfast, strawberries and cream with an Oberhoff mead served alongside. Elevensies came after that, pan seared sausage and tomatoes with cheeses, cabbage, and pickled beets. A Dogfish Head Indian Brown Ale was served as well. Needless to say, after one film and three courses, we were all pleasantly filled with epic battles and deliciously made food. Our day had only begun.

During a short intermission between the first and second film, we were treated to scenes from the Rankin and Bass Hobbit and Lord of the Rings films, clips from docs on J.R.R. Tolkien, and interviews with cast and crew of the Peter Jackson films. The servers at the Drafthouse, who it should be noted are extremely hard working and perfectly efficient in their delivery, served us pieces of herbed Elven Lembas Bread (seen right). After devouring our bread - one bite is supposed to fill you up for a day - it was time for the second movie, Two Towers.

Along with The Two Towers, we were served Luncheon, which consisted of Grilled New Zealand lamb t-bone chops, a cabernet reduction with mashed potates (poh-tay-toes), roasted baby carrots and served with a Guinness Stout. After that, our Afternoon Tea arrives, tea baby greens with garlic blackberry vinaigrette, salted pork-cheese galette, shortbread, and ginersnaps. Along with the delicious hot tea that came with it, this dish provided a cacophony of mixed flavors that all added to the already incredible experience of watching the Battle of Helm's Deep. The added shot of Jameson Irish Whiskey didn't hurt matters, either. At this point, we all realized we were full and caught up in the world of orc armies and battling wizards. Alas, we still had one more film and two more courses to wage through. With the incredible food we were being served, no one felt they couldn't make it through two more courses.

The finale, Return of the King, began after another short intermission. And Dinner came right along with it, stewed Coney with taters, carrot, and leek, fresh garden herbs and crusty bread with a Woodchuck Amber Cider to help wash it down. As Sam and Frodo neared Mount Doom, our seventh and final course arrived. It was a swirl of tomato and spinach soups with a wild mushroom crouton to sop it up. This was accompanied by an N.V. Charles Bove Sparkling Brute and another sweet surprise, a slice of apple pie, to finish it all off.

As Frodo, Gandalf, and Bilbo left with the elves for the Undying Lands, we realized our day was coming to an end. Even though we had filled our bellies with seven courses, well, eight if you count the apple pie—hell, nine if you count the delicious Lembas Bread, some of which we were able to take home with us when the night ended—we didn't want the day to end, a 12-hour feast of fine film, amazing food, and wonderful drink. It was certainly a feast that anyone would be appreciative of, and fans of the Lord of the Rings saga are all but required to make the trek to Austin the next time the event comes up. It was certainly one I will never forget, and it's absolutely one I cannot wait to experience again.

The Lord of the Rings trilogy remains some of the greatest, epic storytelling ever put to film, and after experiencing them this way with the flavorful dishes John Bullington has saddled them with, there doesn't seem to be any other way to watch them. Thank you to the Drafthouse and John Bullington for putting on such an unforgettable event, and thank you to Fons PR for handling the event. To see more photos of the food, you can visit TrendHunter or Loyal K.N.G.. The event was held at an Alamo Drafthouse.

Must Watch: Awesome Animated Tribute to Ryan Gosling in 'Drive'

Some Heroes Are Real. Thanks to a tip from Bleeding Cool, we found this rather awesome animated tribute to Nicolas Winding Refn's Drive, starring Ryan Gosling as the Driver. It was created by Bruno et Tom on Vimeo, aka Tom Haugomat & Bruno Mangyoku, and is a quick 60-sec recap of some of the best moments. It's just badass. I was waiting for this happen, when I first saw Drive in Cannes I knew it would have an amazing cult appeal, and was waiting for it to be released, so we could finally see awesome art and tributes like this that have been pouring in ever since. If you loved Drive as much as us, then you've got to see this!

Drive is directed by Danish filmmaker Nicolas Winding Refn, of the Pusher trilogy, Bronson and Valhalla Rising previously. The screenplay was written by Hossein Amini (The Four Feathers, Killshot, 47 Ronin), adapted from James Sallis' novel. This first premiered at the Cannes Film Festival, where Refn went on to win Best Director. It was released in theaters on September 16th earlier this year. FilmDistrict will put out Drive on Blu-Ray and DVD starting January 31st. I love this movie, too - can't wait to own it! Awesome?

Must Watch: TIFF Audience Winner 'The Raid' Full Indonesian Trailer

Oh this deserves a Must Watch no question! One of my favorite films coming out of TIFF, hell one of my favorite action films in years, was Gareth Evans' The Raid, an insanely badass Indonesian film starring Joe Taslim. As soon as my glowing review hit, they dropped a teaser trailer that many seemed to like. Now that Sony Classics has confirmed they're releasing this in US theaters next spring, Twitch has unveiled a full-length Indonesian trailer and holy sh*t you guys in for a treat. Thankfully the MPAA doesn't exist there, so this is a no-holds barred trailer showing about as much violent action as they can pack into two minutes.

In the heart of Jakarta lies a rundown apartment infested with druggies and drifters, ruled by a ruthless drug lord. The apartment block is considered untouchable by even the bravest of police—until one early morning when, cloaked under dawn's darkness, an elite SWAT team, led by Officer Rama (Iko Uwais), raids the peril-filled structure. As Rama's squad races between the maze of rooms and floors, encountering a barrage of gunfire, machetes, and ruthless hand-to-hand combat around every corner, the stakes get higher and higher. The Raid is written & directed by Welsh filmmaker Gareth Huw Evans, of Merantau previously. It just won the Midnight Audience Award at TIFF and will be released next spring by Sony Pictures Classics.

Photographer Tyler Shields to Helm Different 'Final Girl' Horror Film

Just over a week ago we learned that A Very Harold & Kumar Christmas director Todd Strauss-Schulson was going to direct Final Girls, a horror comedy that would use the genre element of The Final Girl to drive the story about a young girl trapped in the world of her scream queen mother's horror films. Now Variety reports music video director and photographer Tyler Shields will make his feature directorial debut with Final Girl, another horror film utilizing the same horror staple but with a different story. In this straight horror film, a pack of feral teenage boys choose the wrong girl to be the victim of their final "initiation."

Shields (above) has a whole slew of work up at his official website including some abstract music videos and acclaimed video portraits with stars like Kellan Lutz, Paul Scheer and Juno Temple. In addition, Shields recently took some heat for a controversial photoshoot with "Glee" star Heather Morris which seemed to make light of domestic abuse. The argument seems to be a matter of taste in art, and if you check out his portfolio with photos of Zachary Quinto, Lindsay Lohan, Emma Roberts and more, you can see he's got talent behind the camera and it will be interesting to see how Shields fares at the helm of his first film.

'The Full Monty' Director to Helm New 'Bridget Jones Diary' Sequel

Back in July, a little while after Bridesmaids became a surprise hit at the box office, the film's director Paul Feig seemed to be lining up to direct a Bridget Jones Diary sequel, the third in the romantic comedy series. However, Feig just didn't jive with the British sensibilities of the franchise as Universal and Working Title had hoped. Now Deadline reports The Full Monty director and London native Peter Cattaneo is in talks to take on the sequel that intends to bring back Renee Zellweger, Colin Firth and Hugh Grant. Production is slated to begin sometime next year, with Feig's most recent draft of the script still in play.

As for the story, no details have been confirmed, but Helen Fielding, the author of the novels on which the films are based, also wrote the script with Feig and David Nicholls and she has been wanting Ms. Jones hoping to become pregnant. But which of her male suitors would be the father? Obviously that could make for quite an entertaining sequel in the series. Cattaneo has been relatively quiet as of late with his last major film being The Rocker with Rainn Wilson back in 2008. Of course, The Full Monty was another surprise hit back in 1997, so maybe he can return to his former glory of the late 90's with this sequel.

Viral Warning Signs for Alien Invasion 'The Darkest Hour' Revealed

Caution - Dogs Not Safe! There's supposedly a viral underway for Summit's new sci-fi The Darkest Hour that involves warning signs found in real-life, similar to District 9. I haven't seen mention of these before today, so I'm not sure where they were displayed originally, but Summit has emailed us photos of all four of the signs they made. The Darkest Hour, starring Emile Hirsch and Olivia Thirlby, is about aliens made of electrical energy that can't be seen unless they attack. You've probably seen a trailer or two, it looks okay. The signs relate to the imagery from the movie, including the dog being disintegrated by the alien invaders.

Here's the set of signs they made. "The unique alien invaders pose a particularly lethal challenge as they are made up of invisible wave energy with their presence unveiled only via nearby activated electrical systems."

These were created to evoke the new realities the characters face in a post-invasion world, populated by an invisible enemy bent on exterminating all life. Here's the latest trailer and featurette. Watch a new TV Spot.

Watch: Rupert Grint in First Trailer for Petter Næss's 'Into the White'

"May I introduce you to the beautiful Norwegian countryside!" Take a look at a trailer for a film I had never heard of until today, but looks pretty damn good, even compared to The Grey. It's called Into the White, directed by Norwegian Petter Næss, and is a WWII-set survival thriller. It stars an international cast lead by Rupert Grint, of Harry Potter fame, as well as Florian Lukas, David Kross, Stig Henrik Hoff and Lachlan Nieboer. It's about two groups of pilots from opposite sides who shoot each other down but must stay at the same cabin to survive. The trailer is mostly in English with some German, but it looks quite good.

Watch the first official trailer for Petter Næss's Into the White, originally via Vlicious:

English and German pilots shoot each other down, and later find themselves at the same cabin. In order to survive the Norwegian winter they have to stay together. It's the start of a long and unlikely friendship.

Into the White is directed by Norwegian filmmaker Petter Næss, of a few films like Absolute Hangover, Just Bea, Mozart and the Whale, Leaps and Bounds and Shameless previously. The screenplay was written by Ole Meldgaard, Dave Mango & director Petter Næss. This was filmed earlier this year mostly in Sweden and Norway. Zentropa Norway is releasing in Scandinavia in March next year, but we're not sure when it'll arrive over here yet, it doesn't have a US distributor as far as we know. You can follow their website or Facebook.

Watch: Wacky Teaser Trailer for 'Tim and Eric's Billion Dollar Movie'

Our initial report on the first feature film from Cartoon Network's Adult Swim stars Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim of "Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!" had a wide array of comedic talent lining up for the aptly named Tim and Eric's Billion Dollar Movie. The film will feature Zach Galifianakis, Will Ferrell, John C. Reilly and strange inclusions like William Atherton (Walter Peck from Ghostbusters) and veteran actor Robert Loggia. However, you won't see any of them in this unsurprisingly weird and off-the-wall teaser trailer for the film which promises pure insanity. Watch the trailer below!

Here's the teaser trailer for Tim and Eric's Billion Dollar Movie (via Funny or Die):

Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim wrote and directed Tim and Eric's Billion Dollar Movie which finds the duo given a billion dollars to make a movie. However, things go completely awry, and Tim and Eric end up leaving Hollywood and show business altogether to become businessmen in a semi-abandoned mall. Zach Galifianakis, John C. Reilly, Will Ferrell, Jeff Goldblum, Will Forte, William Atheron (Walter Peck from Ghostbusters) and veteran actor Robert Loggia all make appearances in the film which Magnolia sends to VOD on January 27th and will make its way to theaters later in the year on March 20th, 2012. Funny?

Flo Rida -- My Bugatti Stimulates the Economy

Flo Rida
knows ... it's not very safe to keep a MILLION DOLLAR car in your garage when you go out of town ... so he worked out a deal to leave it with a local exotic car shop -- and the move is paying off BIGTIME for the dealership.

TMZ has learned ... last year, Flo decided he needed to find a safer place to store his famous Bugatti Veyron when he went out on tour ... so he approached a fancy car place called Euro Motorsports in Ft. Lauderdale and asked if he could store his ride in their showroom.

We're told management thought about it for all of two seconds before getting on board -- believing such a high-end car might attract new customers into the shop.

Turns out they were right -- TMZ spoke with one of the managers, Walter, who tells us the Bugatti has been a magnet for new business ... even contributing to the sale of TWO other Bugattis.

We're told Flo is thrilled too -- because he doesn't have to pay a cent for Bugatti storage.

And that is how the rich STAY rich.

Justin Bieber -- Alleged Baby Mama ... RADIO SILENCE

The woman who claimed to be Justin Bieber's baby mama is running for the hills, because we've learned neither she nor her lawyer have made ANY attempt to contact Justin's team ... to compare his DNA with her baby's.

We broke the story ... Justin took a DNA  test in New Jersey last Friday, and sources connected with the singer say he's chomping at the bit ... waiting for Mariah Yeater to ante up her baby's DNA results.  But so far ... crickets.

Yeater's lawyer has been blabbing to the media, but has stayed clear of anyone in Justin's camp.  Sources connected with Justin believe Yeater will never produce DNA results, because it will simply become ammunition for a lawsuit he intends to file against her and her lawyers for abuse of legal process.

Mike Rowe -- The DIRTY-FACED Mug Shot

This is Mike Rowe ... aka "Dirty Jobs" ... aka the guy who hates Lee Jeans ... aka the guy who's suing the FAMOUS Mike Rowe for allegedly misusing his name.

Rowe (prisoner) is currently serving time in the South Dakota state penitentiary for his 3rd and 4th DUI -- but as TMZ first reported, he recently filed a lawsuit against the "Dirty Jobs" host for using the name "Mike Rowe" without permission.

In his lawsuit, Rowe (prisoner) griped that he's constantly teased because of his name -- claiming, "I can't live here in prison without being called Dirty Jobs or ... Dirtiest Man."

Probably better than being called "That Really Creepy-Lookin' Bald Dude With the Terrible Facial Hair."

Mike Rowe Responds to Same Name Lawsuit -- BLAME MY PARENTS!

Mike Rowe (the celebrity) tells TMZ ... he understands why Mike Rowe (the prisoner) has a beef about his name ... telling us, "The guy has a good point, I've wanted to sue myself for years now."

TMZ broke the story ... some unfamous prison inmate in South Dakota named Mike Rowe is suing the celebrity -- claiming he's constantly being harassed behind bars because they share the same name. He's also pissed that Lee Jeans claims Mike Rowe wears their product ... because "I am not for them."

Now, Mike Rowe (the celeb) is responding to the suit ... telling TMZ, "My attorneys are taking the charges very seriously. Naturally, since I got my last name from my Dad, I'm preparing my own lawsuit against him."

He adds, "And since my first name was my Mother's idea, she'll be named as well. It's a bit awkward, but I'll be damned if I'm gonna be left holding the bag on this one."

"If they'd named me Steve or Frank, none of this would be an issue.  As for the other Mike Rowe, I really do feel his pain, and can only suggest that he avoid Lee jeans while behind bars. They really do make your butt look good."
